2. Do you sell direct?
No, iClick does not sell direct. We believe in a healthy and clean supplier - distributor relationship. The only exception to this rule is selling drives to our employees and their family members.

3. Why do USB drive prices change so often? Why does my quote have an expiration date?
Flash memory is traded as a commodity and pricing fluctuates daily. In order to minimize confusion, we update our prices once a week on Tuesdays.

4. What is the typical production time?
In-Stock drives can be done in 24 hours. Overseas orders require a 12-15 working day turnaround.

5. How do I place an order?
Please have the following information ready:

Please send PO/orders to your Sales Representative. Once we receive your order you will see your order confirmation within 2 hours emailed out to your company and your art approval emailed out 2 hours after we have received your vector art. If you do not see a confirmation email from our company after submitting your PO please contact your Sales Representative to verify that we have received your PO.

6. How much of the memory size purchased can actually be used for loading data?
Approximately 90% of the drive capacity can be used due to the remaining space being taken by file-system metadata.

7. What is your sample policy?
Non-working samples are free of charge. Working samples are available in 256MB and are available for a small fee (please inquire with your Sales Manager). We require a FedEx or UPS number on which to ship the samples.

8. What is your policy for returns, damaged merchandise and defective merchandise?

9. What is your order cancellation policy?
For an order in production the cancellation fee is 25% of the total order.

10. How does your pricing structure work (unit pricing, setups, proofs, payment terms)?
Unit pricing changes on a weekly basis and depends on the memory size and quantity. Setups fees apply and are per color and/or location and run charges depend on the quantity and decoration method. Virtual proofs are free of charge and we do not charge for PMS color matching. TERMS: The first order with iClick must be prepaid. Once we ship the first order, we will review the credit application for net payment terms.

11. Do you charge for PMS color matching?
We offer PMS color matching at no charge for all USB flash drive models.

For pens, we offer the following standard imprint colors free of charge:



Maroon, Red, Orange, Athletic Gold, Yellow, Light Green, Green, Dark Green, Cyan, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Violet, Magenta, Pink, Brown, Gray, Silver (metallic), Gold (metalic), Black and White.
These do not reflect exact PMS colors and can vary up to 2 shades lighter or darker.

PMS color matching is available for $50.00 (a) for Pen orders.

12. Can you imprint in gold or silver? Is there an extra charge?
Yes, we can imprint in PMS 871 (Gold) or PMS 877 (Silver) at no additional cost. Please inquire for availability of additional metallic PMS colors.

13. Do you have overseas resources? If so, do those factories have the proper safety certifications?
As a pioneer in the promotional USB flash drive market, iClick has a long-standing, healthy relationship with our overseas factories. Our factories are RoHS, CE, FCC and ISO certified. Along with the standard certifications, we also institute a thorough quality check procedure that is followed at the factory and repeated when the product arrives in our warehouse.

14. I notice that you have similar products to the current supplier that I presently have a relationship with. What makes your company unique?
From having a dedicated team to contact, to mock-ups turned around within an hour, to the largest stock available for a 24 hour turnaround; our company has been built to service you, and at the speed in which you need.

15. How are your customer service reps trained?
All our sales people and account coordinators receive training from their managers and peers to learn the processes in place. In addition, each person spends time in every department of the company. It is important that each person understands the end-to-end process within the organization.

16. May I have three references?
We offer two locations for you to proactively view reference material. The first place is our happy customer in our weekly pricing. The second place is our happy customer banner just to the left. If you need additional references, please contact us so we can provide them for you.

17. What online resources do you have that will create ease of process for my company?
Our website is end-user friendly. Pricing can only be seen by verified ASI, PPAI or Sage members who have logged into the site. In addition, you can download marketing flyers, sell sheets, catalogs and other tools to help you sell. We also produce custom marketing materials (i.e. - digital flyers and catalogs) tailored to your company, just ask!
