After several rounds with the artwork and garment changes midway, we got it taken care of and everyone was friendly throughout (even though I'm sure they had to take a deep breath when they saw my emails come in!) They also met my ridiculous in-hands date and we were able to avoid overnighting apparel - ALWAYS a bonus!

I was growing weary with some of the decorators I was using. Inflexible, charge for this and that, didn't really care to do low quantities, even
though I also sent in large piece orders. So, I took a chance... so far, so good. I've asked my clients how the embroidery looks and they've
been pleased. I love the mock-ups! Other decorators would hem & haw about doing them.
